Davanti has created this Privacy Statement to demonstrate our commitment to the individual’s right to data protection and privacy.
This Privacy Statement applies to the processing of data and the use of cookies via the website www.davantigroup.com (“Website”) by Davanti Warehousing BV (“Davanti”) and governs data collection, processing and usage.
At Davanti we respect the privacy of our visitors and customers and we ensure that Personal Data we obtain is treated confidentially. This declaration only relates to the processing of data and the use of cookies by us on and through our Website. Collection of your Personal Data
When you visit our Website and register for our product and/or services, we may ask you to provide Personal Data like (a subset of) your name, (email) address, telephone number, company name and address, job title and role.
When you visit our Website and upload personal data for recruitment purposes you automatically agree that Davanti may use it for recruitment purposes such as assessing your skills and qualifications and consider you for any vacancies Davanti may have.
Data left for receiving newsletters will be stored in Mailchimp. Mailchimp is an online marketing tool for email campaigns (www.mailchimp.com ).
Data left on the Website for download of whitepapers, demo’s, contact, information requests, application for training courses and other services or uploaded application forms for vacancies, will temporarily been stored in the database of the Website and will be automatically sent by email to Davanti. After 30 days the data stored in the database of the Website will automatically deleted.
Davanti will store your personal data, except the application documents for vacancies, in their CRM system (Microsoft CRM).
Information about your computer hardware and software may also be automatically collected by making use of cookies and/or web beacons. This information can include your browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information will only be used for the purpose as described in the paragraph ‘Use of Cookies’. Your IP address will be used and stored by Google Analytics only.
Use of your Personal Data
Personal Data left in Mailchimp will only be used for the purpose of email campaigns.
Temporary left Personal Data in the database of the Website will only be used for technical and security reasons. After the data is being sent to and received by Davanti, the data will automatically deleted from the database.
Personal Data stored in Davanti’s CRM system will only be used for marketing purposes.
The Personal Data and information you disclose for recruitment purposes will not be accessed by or transferred to third parties and will only be accessed by authorized employees in the Human Resource function of Davanti in the Netherlands and the direct managers with a vacancy to fill. The information you have submitted to Davanti will be held for max one (1) year. After this period the information will be deleted.
Furthermore we collect and use your Personal Data to operate and optimize our website. We also may use your Personal Data to invite you for events and when you have attended an event we might contact you for feedback.
Storage of Personal Data
All information you provide to us via the Website will be stored on servers in the European Economic Area (EEA). We will share information with our affiliated companies and with Davanti employees in and outside the EEA.
At Davanti, we do not retain your Personal Data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which we collected the data. You always have the right to view, change, remove or have Personal Data removed. Please contact us for further information.
