We are Davanti

Although we believe in software, our people are our greatest strength and our most valuable asset. Davanti consists of exceptionally talented individuals who share a passion to achieve the very best in everything they do. Moreover, they are experienced problem solvers who believe that challenges can be opportunities. We have our head office in Utrecht from which we work. Our people have Utrecht as their home base, but are also  traveling often to support our international customers.

Our team consists of professionals of all age groups ranging from experienced specialists that have been working at Davanti for 20 years, to young professionals who have just finished their studies. Our Davanti Acadamy offers courses for our employees to keep them sharp. Working together, achieving success together and achieving the best for our customers; that’s what we’re all about.

I joined Davanti in August 2018 as a Trainee Consultant at the Development Department. My first interaction with the company goes back to 2017 when I participated in the CORAX business case during the Supply Chain Battle of student association Asset Strategy & Logistics. When I started, I got a well-prepared and structured introduction. I studied a business case and in the following weeks I have been able to dive deeper in to CORAX. The first thing I noticed was the inviting work atmosphere. I especially appreciate the fact that everyone at Davanti is willing to help and answer questions of new colleagues.

I have been working for Davanti in the role of teamleader IT for 2 years now and I feel very at home here. What I really like about Davanti is the team spirit. We are truly working together towards a common end goal; to finish new projects that we get involved in to the best of our ability. I get encouraged by the Management Team to explore new technologies and to find out if they can be applied within our company. I am very flexible in terms of my work hours. Davanti uses block hours, meaning that at certain times you are expected to be present in the office, but you can decide for yourself whether you start early in the day or work later in the evening. That makes commuting easier.

Next, I switched jobs and started working for Davanti in the role of Consultant. I switched to Davanti, because I feel that CORAX is an innovative product with a lot of potential. I want to contribute to the development of Corax. I feel welcome at Davanti since my first day due to the open and friendly atmosphere that prevails.

I started working for Davanti in Januari 2016 as a consultant of our WMS system – MLS. Together with my colleagues, I ensure that our customers are being optimally served. Because we work in so-called block times, I am very flexible in dividing my working hours, which suits me well. The great aspect of my job is that I work with customers worldwide, both in the office and on-site. Working at Davanti is a new challenge every day to jointly achieve our goal: a good implementation of our WMS and a satisfied customer!

Davanti is my second employer since I got my bachelors in Business Administration and my masters in Supply Chain Management from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. With gained experience in project implementation and setting up project structures with a logistics service provider, I can successfully contribute to the further development of our cloud-based CORAX WMS. I can not wait to further implement this product at our customers worldwide, and to get them as enthusiastic about it as we are.
